Castle Hall Services can be purchased by contacting our Client Support team via email request, or directly through the DiligenceHub platform.
To request one or more of Castle Hall's diligence services, please contact us through any of the following methods:
- Service Request Form Submission
- From your Account User Settings menu you may select "Order Diligence", which will open a Diligence request form.
- Provide the details of your service request and press Submit to send the form to our Client Support team.
- A member of our team will respond to your inquiry to confirm receipt of your request and initiate the diligence service accordingly.

- In your DiligenceHub account, if the Manager or Fund you're interested in is listed in the DiligenceExpress ADV tool, or in your Diligence Coverage list, you can click on the Plus Sign for any service and submit the pre-populated form to our Client Support team.
- A member of our team will respond to your inquiry to confirm receipt of your request and initiate the diligence service accordingly.
- In your DiligenceHub account, if the Manager or Fund you're interested in is listed in the DiligenceExpress ADV tool, or in your Diligence Coverage list, you can click on the Plus Sign for any service and submit the pre-populated form to our Client Support team.
- Online Chat
- In your DiligenceHub account, click on the Chat feature.
- If a member of our Client Support team is available, they'll take the details of your diligence inquiry, confirm with you via email to document the request, and initiate the diligence service accordingly.
- Email Client Support
- Submit the details of your request(s), along with any questions you may have, to our central Client Support team email <clientsupport@castlehalldiligence.com>. A member of our team will respond to your email to confirm receipt of your request and initiate the diligence service accordingly.
